Pricing Your Home in Dallas

I know that as a homeowner you want to maximize your profit when selling a home, but even in a seller's market, you can't price your home at whatever you think it'll bring. The buyer will always determine how much your home is worth.

To ensure that your home is priced correctly, we will review a Comparable Market Analysis at our listing appointment together. We will discuss other houses in the area that are currently on the market or that have recently sold and compare them to yours.

By pricing your house correctly, we'll be able to garner more attention right out of the gate. Remember, a house gets the most attention the first two weeks that it's on the market. After that, only new buyers entering the market place will see it. While you may believe pricing your home a little higher leaves room for negotiation, I recommend pricing it a little lower and letting the buyers negotiate better offers for it.
