Q: Are there any fees for listing or selling my home?
A: The simple answer is yes. Seller cost is approximately 7.5% of the sales price. That doesn't include prorated taxes or any repairs that may be required and negotiated. Please keep in mind that everything is negotiable especially in a seller's market.
Q: If my house is in foreclosure, can I still sell it?
A: It depends on if it's in the process of foreclosure or if the bank already owns it. The process of foreclosure is a pretty long one so as long as it's still technically your home you can sell it.
Q: Can you refer me to a reputable contractor, staging person, mortgage broker, or other 3rd party services that will help me buy or sell my home?
A: I absolutely can. I have a concierge list of proven contractors, stagers, designers, and mortgage lenders. If you need any service related to real estate I can help.
Q: What areas or neighborhoods of Dallas do you serve?
A: I've lived in Dallas since I was one year old so I'm very familiar with the city. I specialize south of 635 to downtown. A: There are closing costs involved for both the seller and buyer. Normally when people think of closing costs it's for the buyer. In addition to what you paid in earnest money, there is down payment, escrow and filing fees, mortgage insurance, appraisal, possibly the survey, lender fees, interest, property taxes and insurance.
